David Mills to appeal aginst his conviction



Tessa Jowell's husband, David Mills, has said that he will appeal against his conviction for accepting bribes from Italian Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi.

Sources close to Mr Mills have said that "he is prepared to name names" and that "he won't go down for this alone."

Sources close to Mr Berlusconi have said that the Prime Minister looks forward to the day, very soon, when Mr Mills takes up permanent residence in Italy.
