Bill Cash "has some very serious questions to answer" says David Cameron.
There's something oddly appropriate that someone who comes from the family that makes all those name tapes we had sewn into our sports kit at school should end his political career, like so many others of late, by being labelled a crook....

Interesting paradox here Lakes.
Cash's name tapes were sewn into the clothes so nobody lost anything.
As it turns out, he's lost the lot, and his tape is used to hang him on the proverbial hook...
Well, I have it on good authority, that in fact, water levels will go down 80m.
Then we can all drive to Paris instead of going on the Channel Bridge (previously known as Eurotunnel).

Lakes, I've just posted an answer to Iders on your blog... Rather than bin it, and leave you wondering what happened, you can either have my apologies, or my sympathy, or my overdraft, or all of these...
I'll try and do better next time!
The gig has been up for the Cash family ever since those cunning iron-on nametapes were invented.
Regardless of his troughing, Bill Cash has tried over the years to sew a nametape into the collar of UK Sovereignty, marked "The British People".
Lots of others didn't bother.
He has been labelled as dishonest. He has been tagged.
He has been collared.
He has been sewn up.
Time to Cash in his chips.
Ah, that's where I knew the name from - excellent post, Lakemeister!
wv:reptie [there's a message in there somewhere]
Scrobs: First comment was excellent, the second one was a bit surreal - until you explained it with the third!
Like Idle, I've always had some respect for Bill Cash - particularly his euro-sceptic stance. Sadly, he's now going to be remembered as just another MP who screwed the system.
GG Superb!
T/T:I think that only the letter L was missing from the wv!
